Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your vintage purchase arrives safely. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, fragile, or require custom protective packaging, each shipment is prepared with the same care used when selecting it for the shop.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Many orders ship sooner, often the same business day when possible. If an unexpected circumstance, such as travel or an emergency, will delay shipment beyond this timeframe, you will be contacted promptly with an updated shipping estimate. If the delay does not meet your needs, your order may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.

Orders ship throughout the United States and Canada. Shipments are sent using USPS or other professional carriers, depending on the destination, package size, weight, and the service that provides the safest and most reliable delivery. Every shipment includes tracking information, and higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the packaged weight of your order.

Whenever possible, multiple purchases will be carefully combined into one shipment to reduce shipping costs. Any excess postage paid because of combined shipping will be refunded when applicable.

While every effort is made to package items securely, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, holidays, and other carrier-related delays are beyond my control.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package's progress. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier. If additional assistance is needed, I will gladly help provide shipment information so you can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Orders may be insured and/or require signature confirmation at my discretion based on the value of the shipment.
