Dating to approximately the 1950s, the brooch is crafted in bright rhodium-plated silver-tone metal and densely set with clear crystal rhinestones in an elaborate floral and swag design. The reverse bears the oval WEISS signature cartouche, confirming the maker.

Two large round rhinestones anchor sparkling floral clusters surrounded by smaller round stones, while three marquise navette rhinestones form a graceful leaf or tulip-like flourish above. Below the floral centerpiece, articulated rhinestone-set swags sweep downward in an open chandelier formation, terminating in faceted pear-shaped crystal drops.
